RETURNS

You can return the products you want from your order within 14 days (established by law) from the day you receive the products and we will issue you a refund or manage the exchange for another one. It's very simple. 

Have you changed your mind about your order?

If you have changed your mind about your order or you have had a mistake when placing it, don't worry, we will change it for you! So that we can manage it, write us at eshop@carobels.com or fill out this form! Send us your order information and we will tell you how to do it.

If you have not used your products, the products to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were received; unopened and with the original packaging and box. Remember, if it is a pack, it cannot be divided, so it is necessary to return the whole pack. 

Once we receive the returned products, we will check that everything is correct and contact you to confirm that the refund has been processed.  

What happens if the product is not what I expected?

Write to us so that we can exchange it for another product that suits you better or manage the return. In case of exchange the product must have the same RRP or lower. In case it is lower, we will refund you the difference. Just fill in this form and we will contact you in less than 24 working hours.

What happens if the product is defective or does not match the purchased reference?

In case of withdrawal of the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days will be refunded the amount of the purchase.  

We remind you that apart from the product itself, Carobels can only charge shipping and transport costs in case of not reaching the minimum amount established.
