SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Beardburys.com!

The purchase of our products through the website www.beardburys.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website" or "beardburys.com") shall be governed by the following Terms of Sale.

IDENTIFICATION DATA

The website is a domain owned by CAROBELS COSMETICS S.L., a business entity incorporated under Spanish law, with registered office in León, postal code 24009, Avda. Antibióticos 73, and holder of C.I.F. number B-024068256 (hereinafter, "CAROBELS COSMETICS").

The activity of CAROBELS COSMETICS consists of the sale of cosmetic products on-line, through the Website, and also in person at our Carobels Store.

HOW TO BUY ON THE WEBSITE?

Minimum age

To purchase our products through the Website you must be of legal age.

Prices

The products will be sold at the price indicated on the Website, being in force the one that is collected at the time of order confirmation by the customer.

All prices include the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force, but exclude shipping costs, which will vary depending on the value of the products purchased, and the country or region in which delivery is to be made.

Purchasing process

It is very simple! :) First of all you will have to choose the product or products you want, and to do so you will have to go to the top of the web where you will find the menu with different sections and choose the one you are most interested in.

By clicking on each product you can choose the desired quantity and add the products to the cart, you can also read all the information, all the ingredients they contain and the comments of other customers, which will surely be of great help!

Once you have added the products to the cart you can continue shopping, adding more products or even changing the quantities of some products. Once you have your favorites in the cart you can click on "BUY" and fill in your personal data, remember! If you have a coupon you can apply it in the blank space provided and click on "APPLY" and it will be added to your cart. Remember that in case of promotions coupons are not usually cumulative.     

Once you have filled in your personal data, you can indicate your shipping and/or billing address, select the shipping method and the payment method. The personal data you enter on the Website will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

TYou can also leave comments for the carrier with some annotation regarding the address, delivery time... or for CAROBELS COSMETICS, in case you want to separate the order in two different boxes, add a short dedication to your order, etc.                                     

Click on continue to proceed to checkout where you can choose between card payment, bizum, transfer, PayPal and if your order exceeds 50€ you can pay in installments without interest.                           

Finally, we will ask you to carefully read and accept these Terms of Sale and our Privacy Policy by clicking on "I agree with the terms of service and accept them without reservation", and "Place order".

SHIPPING

Where do you ship and what shipping methods do you have?

We ship to all Spain, Portugal, all European countries and the rest of the world. Do you want to know more details about shipping to your country? Contact us at eshop@carobels.com

We work with several shipping companies: Envialia, GLS, Zeleris, UPS and Correos depending on the shipping area and the characteristics of the order.

What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?

It is not possible to change the address once the shipment has already been made without incurring additional shipping costs. If you detect any incorrect information, please contact us as soon as possible at eshop@carobels.com This may also increase the delivery delay between 24 and 48 hours, so don't forget to check all the fields!

How does the shipment work and what to do if I am not at home on the day of delivery?

A first delivery will be made and if you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will try to leave a note in the mailbox. It is not always possible to leave a note, as sometimes the courier cannot access the doorway or the residential premises.

After this first delivery attempt, the delegation that delivers your area will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If in the second delivery you are also absent, the order will remain in the delegation of your area so that you can pick it up at the agency. If for any reason they have not been able to contact you to arrange delivery, you can write to eshop@carobels.com so that we can provide you with contact information or help you with whatever is necessary. 

It is possible that, for shipments to the Canary Islands, customs clearance may involve opening the order.

How can I track my shipment?

You can track your shipment using the link that you will find in the email confirming the shipment of your order. If you prefer, you can track your shipment using a tool that you will find in the SMS that the logistics company will send you.

Can I receive my order in the time zone of my choice?

You can leave your preferences about the delivery schedule in the comments box for the carrier that you will find before finalizing your order. Although we know that they do their best to deliver within the specified time, it may be difficult for them to do so depending on the carrier's route. If you prefer, you can also contact the agency to pick up your order when you prefer.

Holidays

Non-working days in our logistics center for the year 2023. On these days no orders are prepared, therefore orders are delayed to the next working day.

April: 6th and 7th

May: day 1

July: 25th

August: 15th

October: day 5 and 12

December: day 6, 8 and 25

What payment methods are available?

You can pay for your order by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Bank Transfer.

To pay by PayPal, select this payment method and click on "Checkout". You will then be redirected to the PayPal page to proceed with the payment.

If for any reason you are unable to complete your order, please call us or write to eshop@carobels.com, we will be happy to help you.

Can I pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer?

It is not possible to pay by cash on delivery, but you have these other payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Bank Transfer.

What is MM AA and CVC?

The abbreviation MM/YYY corresponds to the expiration date of the credit or debit card with which you are going to pay for your order; you will find it on the front of the card after the inscription "Valid until". The term "MM" stands for the two-digit representation of the month. Similarly, the element "AA" stands for the two-digit year of expiration. On the other hand, the term CVC are three numbers that you will find on the back of the card. To successfully complete the order, you must enter the necessary payment details in the appropriate box and click on "Finish order"; once the payment is accepted you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and you're done!

ORDER

I just placed an order and I made a mistake or I want to cancel it, what can I do?

We can help you! :) Write us as soon as possible to our e-mail: eshop@carobels.com indicating the order details and the modification you want to make so that we can do everything in our power, because if the order has already been shipped or is being prepared, it will not be possible to make any changes to the content of the order or cancel it. 

What happens if I receive my order and one of the products is wrong or damaged?

Full guarantee! We will take care of the whole process very easily and at no cost to you so that you will continue to love us very much.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Write an email to  eshop@carobels.com, with the order details indicating what you want to return; our team will tell you how to do it. If you prefer you can also fill out this form and we will contact you in less than 24 hours.

It will be free of charge as long as the reasons for the return are due to a defective product or not conforming to the description. For the Canary Islands, it will always have costs, because they have customs.

If you have not used your products, the products to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were received; unopened and with the original packaging and box, and within 15 days of receipt. Remember! If it is a pack, it cannot be divided, so it is necessary to return the whole pack.

What if the product is not what you expected?

Write to us so that we can exchange it for another product that suits you better or manage the return. In case of exchange, the product must have the same RRP or lower. In case it is lower, we will refund you the difference, all this without shipping costs for you! Just write us and we will contact you in less than 24 working hours.

Is there any discount for my first order?

Yes! If you sign up for our newsletter, you will receive a coupon with a 15% discount for your first purchase.

This coupon has no expiration date and is valid for individual customers, applicable to products not on sale.
