Beardburys ships both nationally and internationally using professional courier services, ensuring fast and secure delivery. Below are the shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and conditions based on destination and customer type:
1. International Shipping – Europe
● Free shipping on orders over €300 (VAT included).
● For orders below this amount, the following shipping fees apply depending on the zone:
Zone 1 – €12.95 (VAT included)
France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg
Zone 2 – €16.95 (VAT included)
Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary
Zone 3 – €19.95 (VAT included)
Sweden, Finland, Norway, Switzerland, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia
Zone 4 – €24.95 (VAT included)

● For orders below this amount, the following costs apply depending on the zone:

From €300 to €500 - €45 (VAT included)

2. International Shipping – Portugal (excluding Azores and Madeira)

● For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €7.95 (VAT included) will apply.
● Estimated delivery time: 48 working hours.
● Shipping to the Azores and Madeira is not available.
Professional Customers
● Free shipping on orders over €200 (VAT included).
● For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €12 (VAT included) will apply.
● Estimated delivery time: 48 working hours (may vary depending on order volume).
● Shipping to the Azores and Madeira is not available.

4. National Shipping – Spain (Mainland)

● For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €4.95 (VAT included) will apply.
● Estimated delivery time: 24 to 48 working hours.
Professional Customers
● Free shipping on orders over €150 (VAT included).
● For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €7.95 (VAT included) will apply.
● Estimated delivery time: 24 to 48 working hours.
5. National Shipping – Spain (Balearic Islands)
Retail Customers
● Free shipping on orders over €250 (VAT included).
● For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €10 (VAT included) will apply.
● Estimated delivery time: 48 to 72 working hours.
Professional Customers
● Free shipping on orders over €250 (VAT included).
● For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €20 (VAT included) will apply.
● Estimated delivery time: 48 to 72 working hours.
6. National Shipping – Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla)
Retail Customers
● Free shipping on orders over €300 (VAT included).
● For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €30 (VAT included) will apply.
● Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 working days.
Professional Customers
● Free shipping on orders over €300 (VAT included).
● For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €30 (VAT included) will apply.
● Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 working days.
* Ceuta and Melilla: standard shipping is not available. For special volume orders, you can request a custom shipping quote by emailing hola@beardburys.com.
* Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla will be invoiced without VAT. Any customs or tax administration fees must be covered by the recipient.
For shipments valued between €0 and €150, DUA fees usually do not apply, although couriers may charge a processing fee. For shipments over €150, standard DUA handling fees will apply.
Additional Information
● Orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM are prepared and shipped the same day, so you can receive them within 24/48 working hours (Spain) or according to the estimated delivery time for your country.
● Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
● Delivery times start counting from the moment the order leaves our logistics center, not from the time of purchase.
● During peak periods such as Black Friday, Father’s Day, Sales, or other high-demand campaigns, preparation and delivery times may be affected.
● All orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
● The shipping carrier may vary depending on destination and order conditions.
● Beardburys is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control such as courier incidents, extreme weather, or local holidays.
