The purchase of our products through the website www.shop.carobels.com (hereinafter, the "Website" or "beardburys.com") shall be governed by the following Terms of Sale.

1. IDENTIFICATION DATA
The website, shop.carobels.com, is a domain owned by CAROBELS COSMETICS, S.L., a commercial entity incorporated under Spanish law, with registered office in León, postal code 24009, Avda. Antibioticos 73, and holder of C.I.F. number B-24068256 (hereinafter, "CAROBELS COSMETICS").
The activity of CAROBELS COSMETICS consists of the sale of cosmetic products on-line, through the Website, and also in person at our Carobels Store.
2. HOW TO BUY ON THE WEBSITE?
MINIMUM AGE
To purchase our products through the Website you must be of legal age.
PRICES
The products will be sold at the price indicated on the Website, being in force the price that is collected at the time of order confirmation by the customer.
All prices include the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force, but exclude shipping costs, which will vary depending on the value of the products purchased, and the country or region in which delivery is to be made.
PURCHASING PROCESS
It is very simple! :) First of all you will have to choose the product or products you want, and to do so you will have to go to the top of the web where you will find the menu with different sections and choose the one you are most interested in.
By clicking on each product you can choose the desired quantity and add the products to the cart, you can also read all the information, all the ingredients they contain and the comments of other customers, which will surely be of great help!
Once you have added the products to the cart you can continue shopping, adding more products or even changing the quantities of some products. Once you have your favorites in the cart you can click on "GO TO CHECKOUT" and fill in your personal information. Remember! If you have a coupon you can apply it in the blank space provided and click on "APPLY" and then go to checkout. Remember that in case of promotions coupons are not usually cumulative.
Once you have filled in your personal information, you can indicate your shipping and/or billing address, select the shipping method and the payment method. In addition, in the address section you will find the option to gift wrap your order. The personal data you enter on the Website will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You can also leave comments for the carrier with a note regarding the address, delivery time... or for CAROBELS COSMETICS, in case you want to separate the order in two different boxes, add a short dedication to your order, etc.
Then you must select the shipping method, you can choose home delivery or a collection point.
Click on continue to proceed to checkout where you can choose to pay by credit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery or PayPal.
Finally, we will ask you to carefully read and accept these Terms of Sale and our Privacy Policy by clicking on "I have read and accept the Terms of Sale", "I have read and accept the Privacy Policy", and FINISH ORDER.
As soon as the payment process is completed, you will receive an email confirming your order along with the invoice.

Delivery times for National Shipments
We understand that as a customer you expect to receive your order as soon as possible, so we work to deliver your order as soon as possible and with deliveries of 24/48h working days in Peninsula. However, we exclude periods of launches, promotions or Black Friday campaign in which these deadlines are not guaranteed.
In order to know when your order will be shipped, keep an eye on your email inbox. We will send you a shipping confirmation of your order and you will also receive an SMS from the logistics company indicating the estimated delivery date. If you place your order on a working day before 13h, you may receive it the next working day, otherwise, the delivery time will be increased by one more day. On weekends or holidays, shipments are handled on the next working day.
How does the delivery work and what to do if I am not at home on the day of delivery?
A first delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated and if you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will try to leave a note in the mailbox. It is not always possible to leave a note, as sometimes the courier cannot access the doorway or the residential premises. After this first delivery attempt, the delegation that delivers your area will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If in the second delivery you are also absent, the order will remain in the delegation of your area so that you can pick it up at the agency. If for any reason they have not been able to contact you to arrange delivery, you can write to eshop@carobels.com so that we can provide you with contact information or help you with whatever is necessary.
It is possible that, for shipments to the Canary Islands, customs clearance may involve opening the order.
How can I track my shipment?
You can track your shipment using the link that you will find in the email confirming the shipment of your order. If you prefer, you can track your shipment using a tool that you will find in the SMS sent to you by the logistics company.
Can I receive my order in the time slot of my choice?
You can leave your preferences about the delivery time in the comments box for the carrier that you will find before finalizing your order. Although we know that they do their best to deliver within the specified delivery time, it may be difficult for them to do so depending on the carrier's route. Don't get impatient!
What if my delivery address is incorrect?
We recommend that you check the address indicated when placing your orders to make sure that the data is correct and complete, as it is not possible to change the address once the shipment has already been made without generating an additional shipping cost. If you detect any incorrect information, please contact us as soon as possible at eshop@carobels.com. This may also increase the delivery delay by an additional 24 to 48 hours, so don't forget to check all the fields!
Holidays
Non-working days in our logistics center for the year 2021. No orders are prepared on these days, therefore orders are delayed to the next working day.

4. INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is made in the last step of the purchase process, after entering all the card information and clicking on FINISH ORDER.
Payment options
The payment of your order can be made with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Transfer, Cash on Delivery and PayPal. To purchase with PayPal, select this payment method and click FINISH ORDER. You will then be redirected to the PayPal page to proceed with the payment.
If for any reason it is not possible to complete the order or there is any error, call us or write to eshop@carobels.com, we are always on the other side to help you.
When you have completed the corresponding steps in either of the two options, you will be directed back to the CAROBELS COSMETICS Website, where you will see an order completed message. At this point, the amount of your order will be deducted from your bank or PayPal account, and you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: KNOW OUR RETURN POLICY

Have you changed your mind about your order? No problem, it's easy to return your order!
If you've changed your mind about your order or you've made a mistake, don't worry, we'll take care of everything!
If you have not used your products, the products to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were received; unopened and with the original packaging and box and within 15 days of receipt. Remember! If it is a pack, it cannot be divided, so it is necessary to return the whole pack.
The return will always be free of charge, except for the Canary Islands and Portual. Once we receive the returned products, we will check that everything is correct and we will contact you to confirm that the refund has been processed.

What if the product is not what you expected?
Write to us so that we can exchange it for another product that suits you better or manage the return. In case of exchange, the product must have the same RRP or lower. In case it is lower, we will refund you the difference, all this without shipping costs for you!
We will not refund in the following cases:
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Products not purchased on the Website.
Product warranty in case of defect or not matching the purchase reference.
If this happens, we will take care of the whole process very easily and at no cost to you. Send an email to eshop@carobels.om with the order details and a picture of what you have received, so we can solve it quickly.
Once we receive the returned products, we will check them through quality control.
If the quality control confirms the non-conformity or defects of the returned product, we will contact you to confirm that the refund has been processed. In these cases, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, we will reimburse you for all costs incurred, including: the amount you paid for the product(s) being returned and, if applicable, the initial shipping costs and the shipping costs generated by the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose at the time of placing the order.
If after the quality control no non-conformity or material manufacturing defect is detected, we will refund the price of the product, plus the initial shipping costs. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs that may arise from the return.
6.CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS
I have just made a purchase, but I want to cancel it, what can I do?
If you want to cancel your order you must inform us as soon as possible through our web chat, phone or email: eshop@beardburys.com
If the order has not yet been processed, we will be able to cancel it and refund the full amount of the purchase. On the contrary, if the order is already being handled or has been shipped and is in the hands of the delivery company, you will have to follow the return process.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Conditions of Sale shall be interpreted in accordance with the rules of Spanish law.
